We are looking for you to join our team in the Tax Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Treasury & Insurance Senior Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Lead the cash and liquidity management for all European Jack Wolfskin entities, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimization of cash flows
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive treasury reports and decision-making templates for senior management
  • Take ownership of bank relationship management, including the opening and administration of bank accounts, management of signature authorizations, and coordination of bank mandates
  • Oversee the issuance and administration of guarantees and letters of credit in domestic and international markets
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cash management, payment transactions, guarantees, and banking infrastructure
  • Manage and continuously improve banking software and systems, including validation and monitoring of payment transactions
  • Design and execute foreign exchange risk management strategies, including the identification of exposures, implementation of hedging solutions, and ongoing monitoring of positions
  • Execute and manage FX transactions, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and maintain relationships with trading partners
  • Lead the establishment of revolving credit facility line and debt financing.
  • Support the design and implementation of global insurance policies, in close collaboration with external providers and internal departments
  • including claims management and reporting, and ensure proper risk coverage across the group
  • Build and maintain a reporting framework for insurance activities, including compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new entities, locations, and activities into treasury and insurance structures
  • Support external audits and regulatory reviews, including financial, operational, and customs audits
  • Drive and lead projects and initiatives within Treasury and Insurance, including digitalization and automation efforts
  • Monitor day-to-day insurance-related matters, including claims 
What you bring:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in Treasury or Risk Management (e.g., CTP, ACT) are a strong plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance, preferably in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, financial instruments, and insurance structures
  • Proven experience in managing foreign exchange exposures and implementing hedging strategies
  • Hands-on experience with FX trading and market risk analysis
  • Experience with debt financing, establishing revolving credit facility etc.
  • Experience with SAP and advanced MS Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • High level of independence, responsibility, and ability to drive initiatives proactively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and results-driven working style
  • Strong team spirit with a hands-on and collaborative mindset
