Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of IT programs that support business transformation.
- Define and manage overall portfolio scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Identify risks early and resolve cross-functional challenges to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain transparency across all active initiatives through structured reporting and tracking.
- Design and uphold project governance models, methodologies, and reporting structures.
- Ensure programs meet internal and external compliance standards—including architectural, ITGC, security, and legal frameworks.
- Continuously assess and refine project delivery processes to optimize efficiency and accountability.
- Build PMO capabilities by designing training paths, coaching frameworks, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
- Promote adoption of best practices and create a repository of learnings from past project experiences.
- Champion a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support strategic decision-making through project advisory and vendor evaluation input.
- Define vendor engagement standards and monitor third-party performance.
- Measure project value against business goals and realign priorities where needed
What you bring:
- University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are essential.
- 8+ years of proven experience in IT project delivery, including at least 3–5 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Strong expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, change management, and cross-program coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into measurable project outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with a systems mindset, coupled with a strong execution focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a strong advantage; Chinese knowledge is a plus.
