Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Monitor operational performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with department heads and finance controllers to develop and refine performance metrics and benchmarks
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational performance reports
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process for all P&L, including revenue, COGS, operational expenses.
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements across all areas of responsibility
- Provide financial analysis and support for projects, strategic planning, and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct; continuously standardize and optimize the policies and procedures when it required
- Coordinate with accounting team for monthly actual financials and setup gap analysis between statutory reporting and management reporting.
- Continuously facilitate the financial system optimization, especially in reporting, by subject analysis, and BI
- Exhibit expertise in financial planning, analysis, and operational control, spearheading initiatives to optimize cost-efficiency and uphold regulatory compliance across all organizational functions
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational control
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in SQL, Power BI, and Power Query is highly appreciated
- Ability to work independently and in an international team environment
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
