Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Contribute to the Apparel category strategy by developing consumer-centric and commercially relevant assortments across product tiers, channels and markets.
- Research global market trends, consumer insights and the competitive landscape to shape future product concepts and assortments.
- Create clear product briefs defining consumer needs, product concepts, functional requirements, product positioning and margin targets.
- Partner closely with Design, Development and Materials to ensure each product delivers on the brief from functionality, fit and commercial viability.
- Drive their category through the GTM process and inspire through compelling presentations at key GTM milestones.
- Drive sell‑in readiness in close partnership with Sales and Marketing by ensuring product positioning, storytelling, and product information are complete, aligned, and commercially impactful.
- Support and mentor within the Product Management department and contribute to team capability building.
- Participate in market visits, ambassador meetings and field testing to deepen product and consumer understanding.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, cross functional alignment.
- Drive continuous improvements to product management processes and cross-functional alignments.
What you bring:
- 7 years+ of experience in Product Management, Merchandising,
- sales or buying within the outdoor performance or technical apparel industry
- Strong understanding of outdoor consumers, activity-specific needs and global market trends.
- Passion for outdoor culture.
- Proven ability to build commercially successful and consumer-relevant assortments.
- Strong business and product acumen
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of category KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative mindset with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills in cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly structured and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
